To address slow and inconsistent manual surface inspection, we delivered a custom vision solution: defect dataset construction, model training and deployment tuning, and integration of the inspection client with the MES — results auto-recorded and linked to production reports in a detection–judgment–traceability loop.
Outcomes
✓ Inspection pace now matches line speed; missed and false detections are well controlled; QA data feeds process improvement, lifting the line's overall digitalization.
